I go to the gym and i've got a personal trainer, and physiologist, and i'm embarrassed to ask this, how can i tell if i've got loose skin, or it's just fat. My mum says it's loose skin. My body is almost there, except my tummy still has a bit of fat or loose skin. I'm not sure which one it is. Yeah long story short, how do you know if you've got loose skin?
You can tell the difference, loose skin will be all you grab at, literally it’s just skin, whereas normal fat feels much different, it’s much ‘thicker’ if you like. CONGGRAAATS on losing so much!
